What is Spirit Ecology?
Spirit Ecology is an Earth-based energy healing practice that works with the relationship between our experiences, our energy, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives.
Your experiences are not separate from your growth. They are part of the ecosystem through which your growth occurs.
We carry experiences on many levels—personal and childhood experiences, relationships, emotions, ancestral patterns, beliefs, past lives, and the influences we encounter throughout our lives.
When these parts of ourselves are in harmony with our deeper nature, energy can move freely. When they are in opposition to it, we may experience recurring patterns, resistance, disconnection, or a sense of being stuck.
Spirit Ecology approaches these experiences as part of a living system rather than problems that need to be removed.
The ecosystem within
Nature doesn't waste anything.
A fallen leaf becomes soil. Decomposition creates nourishment. What appears to be an ending becomes part of something new.
We can learn to relate to our own experiences in the same way.
An experience that created pain may contain information. A pattern that once protected us may no longer serve us. An inherited belief may be ready to be released.
The goal is not to erase your experiences. It is to change your relationship to them.
Through energy work, awareness, and a deeper relationship with the intelligence of the Earth, Spirit Ecology seeks to create greater harmony within the system so that your energy can return to the process of becoming who you are.
Spirit Ecology is a spiritual and energetic practice and is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
About Spirit Ecology
Spirit Ecology grew out of nearly a decade of exploring energy, consciousness, healing, and the ways we relate to the experiences that shape our lives.
My own path has taken me through many healing practices and traditions. Over time, I began to recognize something that changed the way I understood healing:
The more completely we include ourselves in the healing process, the more powerful the transformation can become.
For many years, my energy work was primarily focused on spiritual and energetic realms. As my practice evolved, I became increasingly drawn toward the Earth.
I began to recognize nature not simply as something around us, but as a teacher of how energy moves, transforms, and returns to balance.
A forest does not reject decay. An ecosystem does not judge what has happened before. Everything becomes part of the larger system.
Our experiences can work in much the same way.
Trauma, relationships, emotions, family patterns, beliefs, and the experiences carried through our lives can become sources of resistance—but they can also become sources of wisdom, information, and growth.
Spirit Ecology emerged from this understanding.
My work has been influenced by Earth-based healing traditions, including shamanic lineages from Colombia and Peru, as well as my experiences with plant medicine. I hold a particular reverence for plant consciousness and the ways plants teach us about relationship, transformation, and our place within the living world.
I have practiced energy work for approximately nine years, with the last several years increasingly devoted to Earth-based approaches.
Today, I work as a healer and guide, using energetic perception, hands-on energy work, and the practices that have emerged through my own path to support others in healing and self-realization.
Spirit Ecology is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming back into relationship with everything that has made you who you are—and discovering what it has to teach you.
